Returning the goods
The return and exchange of low-quality goods is carried out based on the "Rules for the return and exchange of goods", approved by the order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. All Golden Hemp products are subject to a 30-day return guarantee as stipulated by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
The seller undertakes to cover the shipping costs of returned defective goods.
Goods that the buyer wishes to return with intact packaging and proof of purchase are exchanged or accepted back by the seller within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods. The buyer can exercise the right to return the goods if the goods have not been used, the original packaging of the goods has not been damaged and it has not lost its appearance.
Returned goods must be fully assembled (as received). The Buyer is responsible for the full assembly and packaging of the item. If the goods are not fully assembled and properly packed, the seller may refuse to accept the returned goods. Changes to the appearance of the product or its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the product, cannot be considered essential changes to the appearance of the product.
